An important consultancy assignment in the area of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty for institutions of public services has been awarded to Gutierrez Consultores from Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey (AYDM) the decentralized agency responsible for the supply and treatment of water in Monterrey's metropolitan zone. The study will evaluate the current status of the water services offered by AYD to its clients through a comprehensive program of personal and telephone interviews to capture and analyze the opinion of a users' representative sample .

There was approved recently the accomplishment of an important study of business opportunities on the Pharmaceutical Industry in Mexico, among other areas of interest the segment of Resarch and Clinical Tests in Mexico will be analyzed. The study tries to understand the structure of this new and dynamical services industry in Mexico, as well as to identify the role that play important Institutions such as: The Federal Ministry of Health (SSA), Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospitals and Clinics and the national and international Suppliers of these services.
